In 2011, Dan sold the rights to The Program NC Real Estate licensing training modules for Salesperson and Broker-in-Charge licensure to Dana Rhodes, MAED, DREI, ABR, CRB, e-PRO, SRES. Dana has earned the ‘Distinguished Real Estate Instructor’ designation from the Real Estate Educators’ Association. In addition, Dan was one of three co-authors on Learning Express’s 2008 Virginia Real Estate Licensing manual.
Dan’s article, The Selling Game showcases his understanding of what it takes to make a brokerage deal happen. When Dan joined Ameriprise Financial in January 2008, he was required to terminate all Realty related licenses and terminate !Active! Intermediation, his business brokerage & investment advisory.
